The name of the organization is "DIVISIONAL ACCOUNTS OFFICERS / DIVISIONAL ACCOUNTANTS ASSOCIATION, MAHARASHTRA STATE"

This Association is Recognized by: A.G. (A& E) II, Mah., Nagpur vide letter No. VVM1 / E - Ill / Asso/Recogn/4188 Dated 04/12/2017) (Head Quarter : Association Room in the Office of the A. G. (A & E) - II, Maharashtra, Nagpur

Aim & Objective

  1. To unify the Divisional Accounts Officers and Divisional Accountants under the control of Indian Audit and Accounts Department.
  2. To safeguard and promote interests which are common to all members of the Association.
  3. To achieve better service conditions to the members and to suggest as well as to participate in any measure and to co-operate with the administration for betterment of audit and accounts procedure in respect of the development works of different states where members are posted.
  4. To provide assistance to members in distress.
  5. To communicate and co-operate with such organizations having the same objects and subjects of the same interest.
  6. To establish closer and better relations between authorities and members.

Office

The office of Secretary General of AIF of DAOs’ and DAs’ Associations will be the office of the Federation.

Membership

All recognized Associations of Divisional Accounts Officers and Divisional Accountants on the establishment of Indian Audit and Accounts Department and under the Administrative Control of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India shall be eligible for the Membership of the AIF of DAOs’ and DAs’ Associations.
